If the driver doesn't show up, we will cover the food cost and also will give credit to the customer for the same amount.

It can be anywhere from 0% to 15% depending on the deal every restaurant has with us. However we guarantee that Our Fee + GrubHub, Doordash etc. fees will always be less than what you are currently paying to those companies.
We started in 2013, 12 years in the Food Delivery Business.
If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled The Restaurant will receive a cancelation email with the reason why the order is cancelled. if the reason is Our driver, we will cover 100% the food cost. GrubHub covers only 70% of cancelled orders.
No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order the same time as you do. In just few minutes after the order is received our driver will be at the restaurant to pick up the food.
